THREE ETUDES

ETUDES, along with other cycles for piano¹, were written as a dedication to Antonii Baryshevskyi’s 30th anniversary. ETUDES – three different exercises – embody action for the action’s sake. ‘If Nocturnalies is the sound screen that separates us from what is happening. Then ETUDES is what is happening itself’ Svyatoslav Lunyov.
